There are a few things that made this stay exceptional: 1. Breakfast was great! The food was actually to the same level that we would have gotten out of the hotel but in the comfort of the hotel space. You are also able to order a la carte and that was included. 2. The afternoon tea was a great touch to the experience. They had traditional musicians perform while offering tea, coffee, matcha along with a wide variety of food (fruit, waffles made fresh etc. ) 3. Extended our check out by an hour to allow us to pack and shower prior to our late afternoon flight. There was no demand on our room and they were able to offer this to us which was very kind and flexible of them. The room was very clean, had a great window with a view of sunset in the evening and the location was great within walking distance of major sights and markets. The staff were friendly and welcoming during the entire stay and we would stay here again. Thank you for having us!

The location of this hotel is possibly the best in Ho Chi Minh City. Right behind Ben Thanh Market, and very nearby to the Post Office and Opera House. The decor of the hotel is calming and relaxing, exposed wood and natural fibres, a contrast to the busy city outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10:30am but they already had the room available so they let us check in early - which was much appreciated. I liked that the hotel seems very eco friendly - even the soap in the bathroom came in a paper package, rather than plastic. Breakfast was a bit limited, but still nice. I recommend ordering off the menu rather than just relying on the small buffet options (both were included in our room rate).

We had a relaxing and enjoyable 6-night stay at this fabulous hotel. Our room is comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful at all times. The manager is very accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay a very pleasant experience. Thanks Phoung Le and also Huu. The daily complimentary afternoon tea with live music was superb and a nice touch. The hotel location is excellent and within walking distance to some major places of interest. On top of that, there are many shops, nice coffee places, good restaurants and a couple of microbreweries nearby. High recommended. If we ever visit HCMC in the future, we will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Ideally located in the central first district, this hotel is close to many of the attractions in Saigon/HCMC. The foyer was very welcoming and had a relaxing atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to look after us. A notable feature was the extensive breakfast options and also a complimentary afternoon tea, often accompanied by delightful and talented musicians. Our room was small but very. comfortable. Special mention to the wonderful staff (Phuong, Han, Thu, Maya and Thao) who served us with beautiful smiles every day. The rooftop bar and pool area was a wonderful area to wind down at the end of a day sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The rooms are comfortable, the location great and close to so many restaurants and Banh Tanh - but without a doubt. It’s the staff that makes this place so memorable. Everyone was so caring and welcoming, but special thanks to Phuong, Luang and (unfortunately i never got his name), but the guy who works evenings. They made us feel like family and helped us order banh mi, navigate the city and handled any request we had. I could not imagine a better staff. Great bathroom and shower pressure, good breakfast (the pho was better than a Michelin place we tried!) and unbeatable location.
